• Prices subject to approval of final design.

• First time customers must pay the entire invoice upon job delivery with a personal or company check.
   Large projects may require a deposit.  We do not accept credit cards.

• Prices assume that customer will provide print-ready digital files.  

• We can accept Photoshop, Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator and Quark.  All of the fonts & images
   should be linked to the file and saved in a separate folder.  

• Please send either Postscript or Truetype printer & screen fonts.  If you are sending a pdf, please make
   sure to embed all of the fonts & images and include 1/8" on all sides that bleed.  Do not subset fonts.

• If files are smaller than 10 MB, they can be emailed to us directly.  Larger files can be sent using the
   "Send us Files" page on our website.

• Any additional work we do on your files will be billed out at a rate of $80/hour.

• One proof is included in quote.  Any additional proofs will be extra.

• Local East Bay delivery is included in quote.  Any other deliveries or UPS shipments will be additional.

• Applicable taxes are not included.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days.

• We reserve the right to prorate our invoice for up to a 10% shortage.  If you require an exact quantity,
   please order 10% over that amount.
