* First time customers must pay the entire invoice upon job delivery with a personal or company check. Large projects may require a deposit. We do not accept credit cards.

* Prices assume that customer will provide print-ready digital files. We can accept Photoshop, Pagemaker, InDesign, Illustrator and Quark. All of the fonts & images should be linked to the file and saved in a separate folder. Please send either Postscript or Truetype printer & screen fonts. If you are sending a pdf, please make sure to embed all of the fonts & images and include 1/8" on all sides that bleed. Do not subset fonts.

* Any additional work we do on your files will be billed out at a rate of $80/hour.

* One proof is included in quote. Any additional proofs will be extra.

* Local East Bay delivery is included in quote. Any other deliveries or UPS shipments will be additional.

* Applicable taxes are not included.

* Quotes are valid for 30 days.
